Question 1

What is Beevora?

Accepted Answer

Beevora is a career growth and opportunity platform helping professionals across Africa access relevant opportunities, gain career clarity and get the support they need to grow professionally. The platform builds on the career education and opportunity-sharing work that began through BeebaTalks in 2020.

Question 2

Who is Beevora for?

Accepted Answer

Beevora is for individuals and organisations across Africa. For individuals, we support people at different career stages with access to opportunities, practical career guidance, resources and support to help them make informed career decisions and grow professionally. For organisations, we work with employers and partners through employability programmes, career development workshops, community programmes, opportunity sharing and other partnerships that support career development and access to opportunities.

Question 3

Is Beevora free?

Accepted Answer

Many Beevora resources, community activities and standard opportunity listings are free. We also offer selected personalised career services, organisational programmes and partnership opportunities that may be paid. Where a fee applies, it will be clearly communicated before you proceed.

Question 4

Do I need to pay to join the Beevora community?

Accepted Answer

No. Joining the Beevora community and accessing our general community updates is free. Some specialised programmes or personalised services may have a fee, and this will always be stated clearly.

Question 5

Is Beevora only for Nigerians?

Accepted Answer

No. Beevora was founded in Nigeria, but our community and opportunities are not limited to Nigeria. We share opportunities and career resources that may be relevant to professionals across Africa and, where applicable, international opportunities open to African talent.

Question 6

How does Beevora review opportunities before publishing them?

Accepted Answer

Opportunities are reviewed by our team for basic clarity, completeness and legitimacy before they are published. We look at the information provided, the application route and other available details. However, applicants should still carry out their own checks before sharing sensitive information or making any payment to a third party.

Question 7

Are all opportunities on Beevora verified?

Accepted Answer

We review opportunities before publishing them, but Beevora is not the employer and cannot independently guarantee every aspect of a third-party opportunity. We encourage applicants to read the requirements carefully, use official application channels where available and carry out their own due diligence.

Question 8

Can Beevora guarantee that I will get a job, scholarship or fellowship?

Accepted Answer

No. Beevora can help you discover opportunities, prepare more effectively and make better-informed career decisions, but selection decisions are made by employers, institutions and programme providers. We cannot guarantee an offer or selection outcome.

Question 9

Does Beevora recruit on behalf of employers?

Accepted Answer

Not by default. Beevora primarily connects its community with opportunities and career support. Where we are formally supporting an employer or partner with a specific recruitment or employability engagement, this will be clearly stated.

Question 10

Can I submit an opportunity I found online?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you may share an opportunity for our team to review. Please provide the original source or official application link wherever possible. Submission does not automatically mean the opportunity will be published.

Question 11

How can an organisation post an opportunity on Beevora?

Accepted Answer

Organisations can submit jobs, internships, fellowships, scholarships and other relevant opportunities through our opportunity submission process. Standard listings are free and are reviewed before publication. Organisations interested in featured placements, sponsored campaigns or wider partnerships can contact us directly.

Question 12

Does Beevora offer CV reviews and one-to-one career support?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Beevora offers selected personalised career support, which may include CV and LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation and career coaching. Availability and any applicable fees will be communicated before the service begins.
