Quramo Advisory Limited is hiring an entry-level Associate to provide analytical, operational, administrative and business development support across the firm.
The role involves supporting strategy and business development activities, preparing proposals and reports, conducting research, coordinating administrative tasks and assisting with projects and training programmes.
Responsibilities
- Provide operational and analytical support for the firm's strategy and business activities
- Conduct research and communicate insights clearly to management and stakeholders
- Support business development activities and follow up with prospective clients
- Prepare proposals, reports and training materials
- Coordinate administrative support for training programmes
- Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and office documentation
- Track expenses and prepare periodic reports
- Support the team with additional projects and administrative duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, a related discipline or a science degree
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- NYSC discharge certificate
- OND and HND holders will not be considered
