Drugstore Nigeria is hiring a Growth and Partnership Associate to drive user and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and growth initiatives.

The role involves identifying and onboarding partner pharmacies, healthcare providers and other relevant stakeholders, managing partner relationships, coordinating campaigns and monitoring partnership performance.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
Coordinate joint campaigns and partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth and retention.
Conduct market research and analyse data to uncover growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing, product and operations teams.
Prepare reports and presentations on partnership outcomes.
Support sales and growth initiatives.
Contribute to improving partner and customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Growth hacking and sales skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant experience in business development, partnerships or sales within technology, e-commerce or healthcare is beneficial.
Familiarity with online marketplaces, digital tools, CRM or analytics platforms is an advantage.
