Applicants should have:
- At least five years of human resources management experience.
- Knowledge of Nigerian employment standards, employee taxation and statutory benefits.
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a technology startup or growing corporate environment is preferred.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPM or PHRi are an advantage.
