PackPro Movers is hiring a Virtual Bookkeeping & Reporting Specialist to support its growing operations by managing financial records, preparing reports and providing insights that can improve business efficiency.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, reconcile accounts, prepare financial and performance reports, and provide useful insights to support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate records
• Reconcile accounts and ensure financial records are up to date
• Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly financial and performance reports
• Provide insights on processes and financial metrics that can improve efficiency
• Support administrative tasks as needed
• Work with spreadsheets, CRMs and other business tools

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, accounting or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with CRMs, spreadsheets and new tools
• Reliable computer or laptop
• Stable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps
• Reliable backup power source
