1. Acceptance of these terms

2. Who may use Beevora

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services, and you agree to provide accurate information about yourself or the organisation you represent. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

3. Accounts and administrator access

Administrator accounts are issued by Beevora and protected by two-step verification. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@beevoralimited.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or revoke access at any time to protect the platform.

4. Content you submit

You keep ownership of the opportunity listings, testimonials, comments and other content you submit. By submitting content you grant Beevora a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, edit for clarity, publish, share and promote that content across our website, newsletters and social channels. You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and lawful. We review submissions before publication and may decline, edit or remove any submission at our discretion.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post spam, misleading, fraudulent or fee-charging "opportunities";
• harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against any person;
• upload malicious code or attempt to break, probe or overload our systems;
• scrape, harvest or reuse our content or member data without written permission;
• impersonate any person or organisation, or misstate your affiliation; or
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Our content and intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, templates, graphics, resources, branding and code on this site belong to Beevora and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without written permission. You may download and use our free resources for your own personal, non-commercial career development.

7. Third-party links and opportunities

The site links to third-party websites and applications that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices or decisions. Applying to any opportunity is a matter between you and the organisation offering it — see our Opportunity Disclaimer.

8. No guarantees

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting mandatory consumer rights you may have where you live.
