The successful candidate will manage the company's online presence, create engaging content, build digital communities and use social media insights to support brand awareness and marketing goals.

Work Schedule: 2–3 days on-site per week

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Mid-level

Salary: ₦200,000–₦250,000 monthly

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain consistent branding.
Track engagement, audience growth and other social media KPIs.
Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags and digital best practices.
Create graphics, videos, written content and other social media assets.
Edit, schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support business goals.
Manage online communities across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook.
Respond to comments, messages and enquiries professionally.
Monitor audience feedback and use insights to improve communication strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports.
Use social media data to recommend ways to improve content and audience growth.

Requirements

Minimum B.Sc. in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design or a related field.
At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
Strong graphic design skills.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Proven experience growing and managing social media communities.
Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills.
Good understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing tools.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
Creative, proactive and tech-savvy.
